Many of us take regularly a cop of coffee. Or are you already working with energy drinks, candy bars and cola? Every day we are busy for average 16 hours, a reminder is welcome to fight the dips. But try to be restricted to healthy alternatives.
Well begun is half done! After an overnight rest, your body needs food. Good nutrition that helps you feel fit, you focus, keep weight even with weight loss. Breakfast is a habit: make time to do!
A good breakfast:
- 400 til 500 calories;
- 20 til 25 % of daily energy;
- many nutrients low in fat;
- lots of fiber and carbohydrates;
- Moisture: 1 to 2 cups of tea, water or milk;
- grain products: bread or breakfast cereals such as muesli, cruesli, oatmeal, corn flakes;
- fresh fruit: loose or if there siege at the bread;
- iry: cheese, yogurt, butter on bread.
Fresh energy and better able to think within half a minute: In China, they massage the energy pathways to stimulate the body. You feel fitter and immediately you can concentrate better
In school Chinese children need massaging their heads before class beginns. This creates a quiet and better academic performance.
Head Massage is particularly effective. Each exercise takes about 5 seconds and then you repeat 3 times.
- Pressure with your thumbs under the skull. Pressure against the bone to bottom and slowly from ear to ear.
- Gently squeeze your eyebrows from the inside out.
- Pressure with the thumbs on the hairline from your neck to your sleep.
- Move the thumb to the forehead at the hairline as well.
- Pressure with the thumbs along the bottom edge of the eye sockets.
- 5 seconds Press your index fingers to the bone behind the outer corner.
- At last hook your fingertips under your cheekbone carefully.
More massage and health
In the morning hours go at least 20 minutes outside. Move in the free air makes you feel more happy and you can handle everything better.
Walking, running or doing simple exercises, it is the movement
Pay attention to your lunch: Do not eat sitting behind the computer or the newspaper. By consciously focusing on the food you get more energy.
Oxygen is extremely important for the function of the brains. Sitting outside during the afternoon walk, your day is more productive.
