Many of us take regularly a cop of coffee. Or are you already working with energy drinks, candy bars and cola? Every day we are busy for average 16 hours, a reminder is welcome to fight the dips. But try to be restricted to healthy alternatives.

Well begun is half done! After an overnight rest, your body needs food. Good nutrition that helps you feel fit, you focus, keep weight even with weight loss. Breakfast is a habit: make time to do!
