Everyone sometimes has headaches. It can extent lesser and fixe it with an aspirin and some rest. Some have often affected, so that they can not function properly. Self-examination is necessary.
Many people get headaches during the summer heat. A major cause is the lack of moisture.
Drinking plenty of water and occasionally take the cool look is a good idea if you want to avoid headaches.

Those who frequently or almost always have a headache: To properly understand your headaches, it is advisable to keep a diary.
Write down when (time, days) you get a headache, what you've done before, what you ate, how long the headache lasted the same time, if you have other symptoms such as nausea, dizziness or vomiting.
If you need further help with your headache, it is convenient to give your doctor an insight into the diary.
If you have a headache more than 15 times a day and you fight against that headache with too many drugs (more than indicated in the leaflet) the chances are that you are suffering from drug dependence headache. Wise advice: consult a doctor!
